• $100 per school for Girls and Boys Track Team
• $50 per school for Girls or Boys Track Team only

Entry Deadline:

• Entries and fees must be paid and received by Event Directors by Friday      Feb 24, 2012.  Please adhere to the strict deadline.  This event will be limited to the first 6 girls’ teams and 6 boys’ teams to commit and pay entry fee.

Admission:  $5.00 Adults; $2.00 Students

Scoring/Awards:

• 10-8-6-4-2-1 (Top 6 Place Points)
• Medals- 1^st Place Finish in each Event
• Ribbons-2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th Place Finish in each Event
• Trophies awarded to 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd Place Teams
• All races will be run as final by times

Scoring/Awards (J.V.):

• 10-8-6-4-2-1 (Top 6 Place Points)
• Ribbons-1^st,2^nd, 3^rd Place Individual Finish
• Trophy awarded to 1^st place Team Finish

Entry Standards: (16 Varsity Events)

• Each school may enter 2 athletes per gender per individual event and 2 relay teams per gender.

 Entry Standards (J.V.): (7 J.V. Events)

            Each school may enter 2 athletes per gender per individual event and 1 relay 

            team per school in relays.

Note:

• All scratches must be received by Phil Logan via fax or e-mail by 9:00am, Wednesday Feb 29 , 2012
• There will be a 3:45pm coaches meeting to present entry and heat sheets to coaches.
• J.V. participants can only run in (7) J.V. events. Runners running in both J.V. and Varsity events will be disqualified.
